"Cowards Bend the Knee", Darcy Fehr (2003)
You can't get more obscure than a black and white silent film made in Canada. From 2003! But I can't complain, considering the movie features what I consider to be the holy grail: full frontal male nudity in a group shower scene 👌🏻.
